Serzone was my main AD for over a year. It didn't work as well as an SSRI, but the side effects weren't as bad either. The only noticeable side effect I had was, er, slightly soft stool. The AD effect ketp me out of the black hole, but I never felt as good as on an SSRI. Maybe with the Wellbutrin/Serzone combo you'll do better?
