Prima,
I don't know how long you've been on the Lex, but one of the s/e I found was the feeling that a cold was coming on. Dry mouth led to sore throat, and I had a generally s****y feeling. This passed in a few days. I take the med at night, because it made me sleepy. 3 1/2 weeks in, things are looking good.
