am I a walking bomb?

Hi,
I was hoping to recieve some advice/experiences/suggestions on normal drug interactions with AD's. I've been on Lexapro and have only experienced excessive fatigue. My pdoc made me cut out all my guarana/ephedra/muahung intake (dietary stimulants) but said caffine was okay. Unfortunately I find myself drinking pots of coffee now. Back to my question, what of "normal drugs" ie. Tylenol, Advil, cough medicine. There was no mention of this. I feel like I am a walking bomb, afraid to ingest anything because of cattering to Lexapro. To make matters worse, I feel a cold coming on. Please help.
