As you said, avoid juices and carbonated beverages, EXCEPT grapefruit juice. I don't know what it is, but my doctor made it a BIG point to mention I avoid it.

On the flipside, you can take basic (is that even a word) substances that increases absorption. I take my Adderall with a glass of milk. HUGE difference!
