Hi All,
I want to try flaxseed oil for a while. I bought a bottle of the stuff and from what I have read on this board, and from reading the labels, I gather I should be shooting for about 1 tablespoon per day.
That's a lotta oil. Does anyone have any suggestions about ways to consume it (preferably in small amounts at a time)? I figured salad dressing was one option, though you lose some of it at the bottom of the salad bowl. I need some other ideas. What happens if you use it to cook or bake - does it change the fatty acid profiles?
I wanted to try the liquid because it was so much cheaper than the capsules and I'm already getting clobbered with my medicine co-pays.
