"Actually, my depression responded pretty well with the prozac, it was just the weight gain, no libido and extreme lethargy that I couldn't take."
This was EXACTLY my problem with prozac! Sounds like you would LOVE reboxetine...I had very slightly weight loss, increased libido, and massively increased energy. From the morning after I took my first dose and onwards, I found that reboxetine left me feeling refreshed in the morning and gave me energy throughout the day. Prior to taking reboxetine I was sleeping 10=12 hours a day from my depression, even though when not depressed, I naturally sleep about 6 hours a day. On the reboxetine, I immediately returned to my natural shorter sleep cycle, and paradoxically was feeling more energetic as I said earlier.
Though I felt more energetic and generally 'motivated' as soon as I started taking the reboxetine, I didn't experience any mood elevation until about 2.5 weeks into treatment. I stopped treatment after about 3.5 weeks, as the drug wasn't doing much for my OCD, or my anxiety (though the motivational aspects of the drug overcame some of my anxiety).
Also, I found that my favorite drug (caffeine, heh) as well as any other CNS stimulants had absolutely ZERO stimulatory effects on me, and rather gave me immense headaches...I could take 5 dexedrine and fall asleep an hour later...and then on the comedown (from dexedrine, etc) I would have SEVERE jaw-clenching, back/joint pain, and a throbbing horrible headache. Thus, though I think reboxetine is a remarkable antidepressant, it absolutely cannot be combined with any type of stimulant, without very noticeable negative effects.
I am still considering going back on the reboxetine, as my depression atm is quite severe...

Good luck with your AD trials!
