I've prescribed a lot of Topamax. It certainly doesn't cause weight gain, but I'm not sure it actually causes much weight loss. You're already doing the important stuff - diet, weight loss - that will help.

As far as your meds go, it's the Zyprexa that is the most likely culprit. If there is anything you could do with them, it's getting rid of/changing that. You may want to talk to your doctor about that.
