Remeron and Dysphoric Hypomania????

Has anyone ever triggered Dysphoric Hypomania with Remeron?
I am Bipolar II
Current Meds:
1) Depakote ER 1000mg
2) Remeron 30mg
3) Ambien 10mg
After 4 days at Remeron 15mg. saw some improvement in depression. Pdoc increased Remeron to 30mg, on day 2 at 30mg anger hit. Seems like anything can be a trigger. Have had some scary times over the last 9 days at 30mg. I suppose the solution is a no-brainer, reduce the Remeron. Just took a little Klonopin to see if that settles things down. Had to fire the new pdoc today - she insists cognative therapy is the answer, good lord, I have a daughter older than she is.
