Unfortunately, benadryl is an antihistamine as well as an anticholinergic, and antihistamines seem to make RLS worse. This stuff is complex. I see my GP tomorrow and talk to my pdoc on the 13th of Feb. It's just a matter of hanging in there until I get the right combo. Thanks for all the suggestions.Peace and good luck to everyone,
