Don't give up on it quite yet. Talk to you doctor and see what she/he says. Remeron is generally less sedating at higher doses. I spent 1 day at 15 mg and went straight to 30 mg and didn't find it all that bad - it increased my need for sleep somewhat, but I wasn't a zombie.
