In reply to Re: Remeron Vs. Serzone...what difference??? Help! » jay, posted by JohnX2 on November 20, 2001, at 17:23:26
I just started Serzone last week, and initially didn't feel any side effects (which is a miracle for me.)
HOWEVER, for the past two days, I have felt horrible -- especially first thing in the morning ... headache, nausea, exhausted, dizzy.
Did these side effects just start because the Serzone has built up in my system by now? I'm only on 100 mg. Wondering if I should try a lower dose (if that would even be worth it), or try Remeron.
Thanks,
cindy

The Serzone had a couple of effects that made me have to stop. Each time I tried it, I developed some nasty immune system problems, and would end up with "thrush". (It happened 5 times, and these are the only times I have ever gotten thrush in my life. My doc agreed, after all the tests, that it may be just a combo of an immune/allergic reaction particular to some, and I was just lucky to be "some". :-)
