The best part of taking an SSRI is discontinuing it. You feel high for a few days because the SSRI suppresses Dopamine function often by over 50% in the brain. When you stop taking them abruptly you essentially take the brakes off the dopamine suppression and throw it into high gear. Works well for a few days but then Depression returns. I don't believe what you are describing indicates bipolarity in any way shape or form.
