The only side effect so far has been sexual and it has really helped the pain so I will stay with it for now, but yesterday I had a very weird episode. The night before I had 2 glasses of wine. I know you are not supposed to drink, but most info said a little is ok. In the middle of the night I woke up with a very rapid heart rate and a feeling like I had 10 cups of coffee. Very adrenalized. The heart rate got better, but the edgy feeling lasted the entire day. I was wondering if it could be blood sugar related. I am not diabetic now, but was with each of 3 pregnancies and have glucose intolerance (can't eat lots of sugar on empty stomach or glucose gets high and stays there and sometimes have low blood sugar events). Anyone have anything similar happen? I would love any thoughts - will definately forgo the wine next time.

I wouldn't be so quick to conclude the incident you describe was related to the wine or to blood sugar, although I suppose it's possible. Both Celexa, and especially alcohol, can affect glucose levels (usually lowering them for awhile). It was likely a one-time thing, nothing to worry about, although it would be prudent to mention the incident to both your GP AND the doctor who prescribed the Celexa (if that's someone else).
If something like this recurs, it could probably have a large number of causes ranging from a med-induced side effect or interaction, to breakthrough anxiety, to metabolic issues unrelated to the wine and Celexa, to other causes.
Of course, if someone else has had the same experience, they could be more helpful than I.
