The only side effect so far has been sexual and it has really helped the pain so I will stay with it for now, but yesterday I had a very weird episode. The night before I had 2 glasses of wine. I know you are not supposed to drink, but most info said a little is ok. In the middle of the night I woke up with a very rapid heart rate and a feeling like I had 10 cups of coffee. Very adrenalized. The heart rate got better, but the edgy feeling lasted the entire day. I was wondering if it could be blood sugar related. I am not diabetic now, but was with each of 3 pregnancies and have glucose intolerance (can't eat lots of sugar on empty stomach or glucose gets high and stays there and sometimes have low blood sugar events). Anyone have anything similar happen? I would love any thoughts - will definately forgo the wine next time.
