I don't think you have a problem :)
Sounds to me like this one isn't working. If it were, you'd make a comment that would cause Dr. Bob to step in and say "Please be civil", which is what I wanted to do. ;)
As others have advised, please see your pdoc soon. I have stuck with meds too long that weren't working because I thought I "should" and you owe it to your self to keep working at it so that you don't feel like you "suck".
I used to avoid concepts such as "you must first love yourself before you can care for others" but I believe it whole heartedly now.
Please make an appt. today.
