You may want to ask your doctor to let you try Aricept. Originally used for Alzheimers patients, it is now being used for cognitive damage caused by various mental disorders and meds as well.

I have only been on it for a couple of weeks but I really think it's working for me. The first thing I noticed was that I was dreaming again - very vividly - and that I remembered details of my dreams after waking. Now, I am not "searching for words" as often. My speech is more fluid and not as choppy and pausing.
