memory loss and trouble forming sentences

I have been on 75 mg for about six months now. My mood has significantly improved since I started taking effexor. My only drawback is that I have trouble remembering conversations and common everyday occurences. I also seem to have trouble with vocabulary and in the forming of sentences. I am wondering if anyone else has had similar side-effects!
