> I'm new to antidepressants: I tried Paxil for a month and felt heavily sedated all the time, but my insomnia got worse. Now I am on Celexa, but I'm scared I'm going to keep having short term memory problems, start sweating, and/ or continue the extreme lack of sex drive. Paxil also made me extremely antisocial, and yawn (the same way coke or ecstasy makes your jaw tense ) This sucks. Any advice?
> I used to occasionally take E or coke (as a fun party thing) will this kill me on celexa? I am careful and drink water and "club responsibly" (by occasionally I mean once or twice a month)

Do I need to give up occasional drug use (I've lost all interest in sex)? I'd like some feedback from people who've experienced this sort of thing. Any advice on non- drug treatments for anxiety and mild depression?hello,
I have been on Paxil for 2 years, it's had to be increased several times. Until recently I felt better, I could hold down a job and get through the day. Recently I haven't been feeling as good. I work with individuals with MH issues all day and Celexa is suppose to be very good and have little side effects in comparison to Paxil, I would put that to the test. Consider counseling/therapy. You may not have to be on meds for a long time, it may be temporary.
Good Luck
