Now I am on Celexa, but I'm scared I'm going to keep having short term memory problems, start sweating, and/ or continue the extreme lack of sex drive.

As these effects are reversable (as in they stop
if you stop the med) it would not seem these issues are worth the effort of worry. Take a wait and see approach.
