I had gained about 25 pounds during the preceding year or so (actually, I don't know how long it took me to gain that weight--probably started 2 years ago). Since July I've lost 15 pounds without doing anything different, and in fact, without my normal amount of physical activity. (Normal activity curtailed by withdrawal symptoms and healing from broken ribs.) I am currently not taking any medications. I may have plateaued on the wt. loss, and think I'll now have to make an effort to lose the rest, but that first effortless 15 pounds was a great incentive!

> alicefranklin, congrats on your weight loss! I just lost l2 lbs fairly effortlessly while still on Effexor-XR and Serzone, by just not drinking sugar sodas any more. Like you mention, I have probably plateaued and may even have to resort to exercise to lose more! ;) --Cindy W.
In my case I was loosing weight on Tianeptine which made me feel
reborn and happy just by looking in the mirror. Tianeptine can cause some anxiety, so you won't eat.
It looks like there is always a price to be paid.At the moment I gained all my weight back, and even more by going on different meds.
