AD and Weight Gain- You cannot loose the weight on

Hello! From what I have researched and I've done a lot of it - you can not loose the weight gained on AD's unless you go off them and even then it is quite delayed. Dr. Atkins diet is inhibited by AD's and also Greer Childers, "Be a Loser" of weight also states that weight loss is very difficult while on AD's and thats the sad part. I have gained 30 lbs in a year and a half.
