You can buy it at www.hsdc.org - I have the "Sonic Boom Clock w/ Shaker" :) There are other places to order it online, too; since it's kind of a specialty item (often, as in this case, found at stores specializing in the hearing impaired), it can be hard to find otherwise. It's expensive ($69.95), but for me, well worth it!!
By the way, I have a dog, also. He's like a child, I spoil him so much - you may know what I mean. :) Unfortunately, though, I still can't get him to wake me up. He won't get up until I do, unless I REALLY oversleep.
