Shar--

You made my middle-of-the-night! Hey, guys, look! I finally made it to "Sensitive"--at least once! Noa is sensitive--also direct, kind and succinct. But, every time I try to achieve that, I trip over my own verbiage and "step in it"--with agonizing regularity. Then I have to post again to try to apologize and/or clarify.

But, you're right; this board is amazingly tolerant--they let me blather on without complaint; most regulars have learned simply to ignore me--and anything else they don't like. That's easier in cyberspace.

Mark H. is another poster who often has perceptive, wise things to say. Before he left on vacation, he mentioned that recently he had been trying to post less so he could focus on listening better. Whenever I have a rare episode of common sense, I try that, too.

Most of what I've learned here has not been what I came here to find out more about (psych drugs). Most of it has been about me. Now, if I just could figure out how to transfer some of that to the behavioral level........Suggestions, folks? Any and all welcomed--sensitive, or not.

medlib---BTW, I value therapy, and would be in a group if I had funds left after paying for pdoc and meds (no insurance). Thanks to Dr. Bob for making available a very good virtual alternative!
