Hi Jennifer - I hope you & your family enjoy your travelling. I love it.
I'm doing better. I was having nausea & dizziness from my 20 mg Celexa but it got rid of my anxiety SO WELL. I cut back to 10 mg at bedtime for 3 days - no side effects. Then I upped it to 15 mg at bedtime for the last 2 nights. No side effects so far. Thank goodness. But it isn't helping the anxiety much at this dose. That's ok though. I'll just increase it gradually 'til it does.
Also, it seems to me that the family counselling is helping somewhat. My son's attitude seems to be improving.
Take care. Kath
> Kath, my husband is from up there, and it's beautiful, I agree. I'm looking to replace my motherly mini-van with a conversion van in the next month or too. My kids are at a great age to start enjoying some site-seeing...and they're still young enough that I enjoy them! Never been to Canada though. My parents took all my siblings while I was in college...the pictures were beautiful. Hope to go someday. Hope all is well up there, Jennifer

> > Hi Jennifer - I haven't been to the Sierra's, but a few summers ago my husband, 2 kids & I travelled from Canada to California for a camping holiday & enjoyed it immensely. We drove up that winding, sea-overlooking road from SanFrancisco to Salt Point, which I particularly loved. Then we drove back down to Andrew Molera State Park area & Big Sur & area & visited various beautiful places all in between. My husband & I especially loved hiking at Andrew Molera. I LOVE California!!
