I had to take Celexa 40 mg in two doses, 20 mg in the morning and 20 mg at night in order to tolerate the nausea.

Perhaps this will work for you too. I now take 10 mg in the morning and 20 mg at night and it works just fine without any side effects.

I didn't get very good results with 20 mg and I didn't think the 40 mg would work especially with the nausea, but my doctor convinced me to stick with Celexa at least for a few weeks at 40 mg. I'm glad I persisted and could tolerate it by splitting the dosage.
