Ella, I am currently on 40mgs. of Celexa. It had no effect on me at all at 20 and 30 mgs., so my doctor increased the dose over a two month period. Now I am finally noticeing some improvement in my mood. Nothing dramatic, but am definitely more interested in life and hopeful. Good luck with whatever you decide to do. CarolAnn
