The name of the book is Women with Attention Deficit Disorder--Embracing Disorganization at Home. By Sari Solden.
You can buy it at Amazon.com (I don't know about the exchange rate for people in Brazil).
Jan, I remember you saying you were sensitive to noise. What I do for this is buy soft wax-cotton ear plugs, cut each one into 3 peices and stuff, very gently, a little peice of wax in my ears to take the edge off those noises.
