Janice,
Sunshine or rain affecting a persons mood is a normal thing for a lot of people, even those who don't suffer from depression. When the sun is shining I always feel a little better (today is 80 degrees and sunny and I feel real good)and more ambitious, but when it rains I feel down and am completely content to sit in my recliner and do nothing. I think its a psychological thing for me.Hope this helps,
