Hello all,
Last week I stayed in my brother's loft. I slept right beside a southern exposure wall made of glass. This really pleased me, as I have SAD. Waking up, which is usually difficult, was simple and painless.
What I noticed was that while lying in bed beside all this natural lighting was that as the sun would come out, I'd start to feel like going jogging (doing this, doing that)… and when the sun would hide behind the clouds, I'd lose my desire for my ambitious undertakings.
•could my SAD be this sensitive?
•or was this psychological?Thank you for your imput, Janice
