Oh, YES. At least in the Great State of Texas NOW with Ann Richards gone, and SHRUB is president!!! You don't put nuttin' in writin' anymore!!
I don't want this to turn political but.... under certain administrations things can change drastically. I wonder if the Terminator (and I love his movies) can relate to mental health issues.
Just my rambling thoughts.
