Hi, Ian I jog 3 times a week for an hour and a half. I love it! I have the hyperactivity type of ADD. I also do yoga daily to help calm myself down. Do other types of exercise like weight lifting help, or is it mostly aerobic types that help? I've been noticing lately that ensuring I get enough sleep each night really seems to help. Janice.
Anon, I've been addicted before to substances alot worse than this one, and that's what I'm trying to stay away from again. An addiction to Dexedrine and a decent, calm productive life would be a great deal. I'm just not sure if even that is going to work. I'm going to talk to my doctor about just taking it when I need it, or should i say desperately need it. Janice. you won't be seeing me on the streets, but thanks for your concern.
