Exercise helps me clear my head and apparently there's evidence of nerve regenrating factors being released during exercise. Iwas told this by a pharmacist friend I know I'll try to get a concrete reference for you. I'd expect you will build up some tolerance its similar to ritalin and hence amphetamine like in nature. It was all the vogue in the 50s for weight loss, also amphetamines were once used in aerosols for asthma until abuse became a problem. I suppose we all use some stimulants ie.caffeine and then theres all the herbal tonics. Keep on exploring but exercise must be one of the best substitutes
