Generally school officials tend to take it quite seriously when their employees are possibly harming the kids they hire them to help. They are obligated to look into the matter if it is put under their noses. They may be just waiting for one more complaint to corroborate and support the ones they already have. He would possibly be reviewed, reprimanded, sent for appropriate education and training or even fired.
