exercise videos

I just wanted to mention a set of exercise videos that are adaptable to most fitness levels and are kind of fun (though the woman who leads them can get a bit annoying!): Walk Away the Pounds. I have the one- and two-mile 'walks' - they don't take that long and you do get a pretty good workout that's not stressful and (thankfully) doesn't require too much coordination!

Penny,
Thanks for posting. I have been using exercise videos for awhile. My two favorites are a step and sculpt from Weight Watchers and Intro. to Yoga from the Yoga Zone. That one is great in that it really explains each pose thoroughly.

I have a "yoga for weight loss" video that I like as well. they have modified poses for folks who aren't as flexible, etc. It's from Gaiam.
