All antipsychotics block dopamine receptors in the brain. Some anti-sickness drugs such as metoclopramide also block dopamine receptors.
There aren't any drugs which directly mimic the effects of prolactin. Many drugs increase prolactin release however, including most of the older antipsychotics, Risperdal and metoclopramide. Olanzapine (Zyprexa) can also release prolactin to a lesser extent.

My understanding is that prolactin release is always set to ON, and dopamine acts as a governor to that, keeping it from running uncontrolled all the time. Therefore, lowering dopamine (what receptors, what areas Im not as clear on) would raise prolactin; some, such as Parlodel, lower prolactin. I have naturally high prolactin, so take Parlodel to get it back under control.
