All antipsychotics block dopamine receptors in the brain. Some anti-sickness drugs such as metoclopramide also block dopamine receptors.

There aren't any drugs which directly mimic the effects of prolactin. Many drugs increase prolactin release however, including most of the older antipsychotics, Risperdal and metoclopramide. Olanzapine (Zyprexa) can also release prolactin to a lesser extent.
