Hey ya'll,
I was away for a few days, but (obviously) am now back home. I just wanted to let everyone know, in case there are any posts I should have responded to and haven't. I've just zipped thru recent threads real quick and I think the only person who needs a reply is Greg: Hey, I'm glad you're my friend too, and that you're feeling a bit better. Sssooooo, did you ever try my "shocking" idea? and did it help at all, even briefly?? If anyone else needs a reply to something I missed, let me know where the post is and I'll read more thoroughly.
I had a fun little trip, and am feeling better myself! Tons o' hugs to all of you! CarolAnn

CarolAnn,
Check the end of the thread started by Greg, entitled "Where did this come from."
Glad you're back. Next time, though, if you would let everyone know you're leaving, we could all have the opportunity to miss you;)
You're in Orlando, right? I am from Tampa, now living in Denver.

Carol,
Sounds like you had a very cool time, awesome baby! Those little trips can be the best ones. I'm kinda playing things out before trying anything "shocking". But I hope you continue to give me advise.... ;^). How's the little one doing? I hope she's well and give her a big hug and kiss for me!
XXOO,
GregAren't we about due for another poem? Your last one was great!

Take care, Kath

Hi ya'll, this is the first chance I've had to get online for a couple days. The baby is very well and having a great time with her daddy, who is taking some 'at home' vacation time.
Since you asked, here is another poem. Just a warning, though, it is a bit of a 'downer', so don't read it if you're having a bad time right now.
Weeping Willow
In darkness weeps the willow,
he is calling out my name.
I long to find our meadow,
but the path is not the same.In the past lie all my hopes,
dead and buried all my dreams.
I have wept too many tears,
and denied too many screams. In darkness weeps the willow,
for he cannot soothe my pain.
Take me back again I cry,
but my cries are all in vain.See, I told you it was a downer! A thousand brownie points to the first person who figures out what the "willow" is a metaphor, for. Or, if you just want to know the answer, scroll down this post a bit. love, CarolAnn

Nice.
CarolAnn, I think you should start a links folder of you poetry and guided imagery at the egroups site.

Kath,
CarolAnn is experiencing the "Terrible Twos". I, on the other hand am going thru the "Tortuous Teens" for the second time. All things being equal (not), I think I'd take the twos.....
How are you dear? I'm still waiting to hear all about your trips.
Hugs,
Greg

I didn't think it was a downer. I thought it was great. You have a special gift-that you can see inside a soul and put the feelings on paper. I liked it very much. Keep up the good work.
Hugs to you and yours
Good luck with the "terrible two's" as Greg puts it.---Tina> Hi ya'll, this is the first chance I've had to get online for a couple days. The baby is very well and having a great time with her daddy, who is taking some 'at home' vacation time.

I like your weeping willow poem a lot. Thank you for sharing. I've often wondered if I'll ever have a dream again. (Finding meds that worked really well would be a dream come true.)
