My mother was a bipolar and drank quite a bit. She smoked all the time as well.
She wrote poems, painted, sculpted and was generally an amazing woman.
I had a hard time with her but.....I can recognize a remarkable person when I see one.
You've got something going in this poetry/imagery....maybe short stories???longer stories???
