Hi dreamboatannie,
I've had several of them and I never could figure out on a day-to-day basis would s/he be good boss or bad boss. They should wear signs: *I'll be nice to you today* or *watch out, stand back.*
The last one did drive me crazier and I quit. Bet she's had 10 assistants in the last two years.
