I was on 20mgs for about 6 months. I think I started my 20mgs every other day and then opened the caps and took 10mgs on a cracker for 4 or 5 days. I didn't have any problems with withdrawal. I thought it was going to be horrible. The only thing I noticed was disrupted restless sleep the first nights that I took nothing. Thats it. I suspect it might be a little harder if you were on a high dose.
