I do not believe Scott was judging you.

You may very well have tapered too fast. You may have planned out a perfectly reasonable sounding taper that ended up being too fast for your particular body. This is not a judgement. It is simply a possibility. I finished most of my taper with clonazepam in about a month. That taper would have been too fast for some.

I'm sorry you had a difficult time. Did your doctor suggest the option of a cross-taper with a shorter-acting benzo to ease the discontinuation?
