> I understand too, I'm stoned right now. But I felt a need to post. I took Vicodin for a long period, and it had a rough withdrawal. My doc gave me an ample supply of Xanax, which helped with the shakes and shivering and anxious feeling. The reason he gave me so much slack is because I had just gotten through having jaw surgery. He said I was dependent, but not addicted. So just to let you know how rough it was on someone who wasn't even addicted to it yet, I've never had withdrawals from meds like that before. I just waned to make sure you knew the downside, because it really sucked.
Thanks for the warning. I've been taking vidocin for years and years, the problem is I can't take it at night, when the pain is the worst, because it's really activating for me. So I rarely take any but when I do it's usually not for pain, I try to reserve it for when there is something important to do.
Maybe someday they will discover cannaboid substances that work without the stoney effect. Not that I have a moral problem with getting high, it's just that for me it quickly gets to the point of being completely ****-faced every waking moment. Besides, after being high all day every day for a decade or so you start to wonder what else there is.
