i suffered from lots of brain damage from drugs, including: not being able to walk or talk after weeklong binges; forgetting how to make toast or find the fridge; panic attacks; intense paranoia; lingering visual hallucinations; and inability to enjoy ANYTHING. granted i did lots of drugs, and did them carelessly: i wasn't planning to live past 20 at the time, so i didn't care much.

i am feeling better and better as time passes away from street drugs. it's been over a year now since i touched e, crystal, coke. mushrooms, acid, pcp, etc. i still smoke weed now and then, but nothing else: no e or coke or crystal. it took awhile, about 6 months, for the anxiety and malaise to fade some. the best thing you can do now is eat healthy, exercise lots and lots (it helps the brain regenerate), and avoid drugs and alcohol as much as possible. good luck. peace.
