the judgments of the courts just document garbage output.
the judgments of the courts make a number of assertions denying or refusing to accept the evidence. ignoring half the laws.
technically this and technically that and technically they don't have the conception of justice as fairness and how the laws are a tool to achieve justice as fairness.
rather, the courts are a tool for those with bad or ill intentions to do whatever they want whenever they want because they want without any fear that they will be held to account for their choices, at all.
i mean it is just obvious garbage output.

the electrical report itemises every single item of electrics in the house (every powerpoint outlet, every lightswitch, every hard-wired appliance (e.g., a rangehood affixed to the building), every single electrial applicance EXCEPT a heater is not mentioned in the electrical report at all. It is the notable exception of the single electrial item in the whole building that is not itemised by and signed off as being okay by electrician.
the builders sign off. as in 'we put it on the wall. it resides on the wall. it likely won't fall off after we stuck it on there'.
they wired it so it looks like the picture how NOT to wire it. the same picture in the instruction book over and over NOT like this NOT wire it like this wiring it like this voids the manufacturers liability we take no responsibility for it being installed by someone not authorised to install electrics.

the judge says that the electrian did sign off. i suppose the evidence resides in an imaginary place in his mind. i wonder if he was paid to imagine things or quite how it works.
the judge says that electricians don't need to sign off. the importer said it was okay. importers are authorised to sign off on electrical installations, teh judge said. that's fine. since the importer said it was fine for it to be installed how the installation guide said not to, it was fine.
the judge says that even if it wasn't fine the landlord isn't responsible for anything at all because he set up a limited liability company and the company is liable and he isn't at all.

would you like to do business in nzl? it is sooooooooooooo competitive that it is actually impossible for good people to do good business here. they will gradually be run out of business because they won't be able to keep up with all the corners the idiots cut. not complying with any of the regulations while the courts uphold the rent prices. while the courts know the profits are going straight from the new zealand government (e.g., to house tenants kept by the government on welfare where the government pays their rent, effectively) to people who don't comply with any of the regulations and who aren't reinvesting the profits in improving the buildings or keeping them within healthy homes standards.
you need to remember it's sooooooooo competitive. die! be sick! that's the main aim of the game from the governmnts perspective or point of view. the courts, too. they will haul judges out of retirement to...

they refuse to accept my filings becuase my filings need to be accompanied with 'security for costs' of more than $20,000 for:
1) the university of auckland refusing to process my application to medicine (refusing to calculate my GPA according to their published algorithm and offer places on rank order score).
2) the university of waikato refusing to get work that had been submitted for examination out to examiners in order to prevent and prohibit them signing off on my qualification completion.
3) the university of otago refusing to supply applications to enrol and throwing applications away prior to selection (so as to ensure that certain other candidates are selected instead)
4) the new zealand vice chancellor's committee refusing to investigate complaints against new zealand universities. they say that every single problem is due to the particular student and they don't have to investigate complaints anyway, their job is to quash teh complaints and run the complainant out of the nz university system.
the new zealadn governmetn wont' do anything about the above -- because the new zealand government is the main or the major offender.
there isn't an education system, here.

here is the thing:
they say 'we won't do our job' (we won't process your documents) unless you....
then they set a whole bunch of unnecssary tasks for you. they say you have to do x and y and z...
and the whole point or aim or goal is for them to go 'seeeeeee. you don't get to do it because you didn't do x' 'or y'. 'or z'.
and theres just an endless successsioon of x and y and z.
while they just keep streaming through hhitler youth after hitler youth after hitler youth.. how many specially chosen hitler youth were picked to study or be graduated from medicine in nz since it became blatantly obvious the nz universities were not doing the most basic of htings they are supposed to do, in 2018? let's say 500 per year (roughly 250 from each university -- i am intentionally under-estimating the numbers here)... 2019. 2020, 2021, 2022, now. that's 2,000 hitler youth wrongly decided (they weren't supplying applications to enrol to other studnets, they weren't processing applications from other students, they were incorrectly processing applications from other students). that's more than 2,000 wrongly decided hitler youth inflicted on the new zealand people (and shipped off overseas) to do the bidding of governments, i suppose it is.
to ensure that people do not have access to healthcare or medical treatmetns. to ensure that people do not have access on the basis of their race and on the basis of their post-code.
you don't have to be an elite white to be a member of the hitler-youth. what's crucial is that you represent their interests (the interests of the elite white). they intentionally like to find brown faces and the like so they can go 'we aren't racist --- see! see! see!' like when the brown face gets made public to be the politicial representative of teh region that has, by all accounts, the sh*tt**st public hospitcal in teh country. it takes a certain special kind of talent to have the people love you and vote for you (if they even count those) while you present with a brown(ish) face as a medically trained doctor who apparently practices (a little every summer just to retain the lisence) while that region has (by all accounts) the worst health system of any post-code in new zealand. where they don't have access to teh most basic of hosptial services (whangerei hospital and the leader of the opposition shane reti -- who hsa a high position in parliament no matter who wins the election. apparently he used to carry a medical kit with him to school when he was a child because he was picked out so very very young to be a member of the new zealand hitler youth. i mean... what chance do the rest of us have when you have black-face like that?

but why would anybody think that paying them is the thing that will finally finally finally make them do their job?

i mean to say... they set all these extra tasks for me.... 'just keep workign for your supervisor for 2 more weeks then we'll send it out' then when i do what they say they say 'haha it's late now. it's 2 weeks late now'. they say 'just keep wroking for your supervisor for another year and that will count fo rthe minimjum normal or standard time taking 2 years on a degree that has no timeframe associated or attached, we can just keep re-enrolling and billing for that degree without ever conferring a single qualification..'

throwing more money at the university didn't motivate or inspire them to get my work to external examiners.
they told me they didn't get my work out because they were afraid it would fail. they told the courts they didn't get my work out becuase it was 'too early'. becuase they decided that i was intellectually retarded such that i must work for more than 2x the normal or standard time so that my qualifications only attest to my being intellctually incapcitated or retarded by the university.
generally that university doesn't do research. but then, none of them do. they just keep accounts of how and why you can't trust the findings comin gout of them. no baseline signal.
they say that N90 masks are US standard. KN95 is China standard. the problem is the government isn't doing anything to uphold the standard so man yof them are effectively counterfeit.
NZ standard is P2.
but of course that is no standard at all.
How many of them failed quality control?
How many imported masks did we send back because they failed quality control (none)

The manufacturers refused to accept liability for the fact that the NZ government wont' follow instructions and won't train the hitler youth to follow instructions from manufacturers. The NZ government knows what is best when it comes to denying and preventing and obstructing healthcare for the people of NZ.
Giving children a 1/2 or 1/3 dose of a vaccine -- right?
And so on...
