the role of the high court judges appears to be to do a summary... act as a bit of a foil or something for the court of appeal.
because... why sort something out in the high court... when you can drag it out for years more and hvae it go through the court of appeal as well.
why have 1 hearing of the tenancy tribunal when you can just go....
start again! start again from the beginning! let's just do the whole thing again.
then just one more -- okay?
let's have 3 hearings. let's hear the case 3 times. let's take, like, a year of hearings...
let's just wait until everyone drops dead of exhaustion -- right?
let's take 5 generations.
let's take 5 generations to go.
weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeel teeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeechnically you are right buuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuut weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee juuuuuuuuuuuuuuust.

f*ck*ng garbage heap of a rubbish land
