The thing is, you can curse as much and badly as you want to when no one is listening. It really relieves pain. There are many things that can be done and this is one of them. I don't get it when people just pop a few pills and think that should be enough to get better. It very rarely is. It depends on how badly you want to get better. Just a little bit, popping a few pills usually doesn't cut it. If you REALLY want it, it helps.
