I suppose for every student who enrols in first year science that is $10,000 scholarship or something for someone else's kid.

and you only need 1 lecturer per 1,200 kids. and laboratories can be experiments on... water.

and nobody even needs to grade the work, really. it can be all decided before-hand. just so long as the ones previously selected meet cut-offs for selection all is well in the world.

our little local segment of it.

with no appreciation of how New Zealand is only progressively falling further and further and further and further behind...
