I am expected to pay the university around $500 per month to examine my thesis.
They said they tried to have the process of examination wrapped up within 3 months before I signed the contract to agree to pay them any money at all.
Now they have refused to accept the reports of the examiners. Insisted on sending it back to the same examiners for them to have another go at examining it. They think I will need to pay them 6 months of additional fees for examination of the thesis.
And so in the future...
Why would I help them?
Why would anyone help them?
Why would anyone do them any favors, treat them well at all?
I simply do not understand this way of doing business.
Apparently the University had to ask 5 people before they found 2 willing to examine the thesis.
Perhaps their aim or ambition is that no student will ever submit a thesis for examination / no examiner will ever examine a students thesis.
I mean...
University is about giving honorary degrees to people who have submitted no work to the University -- right?
Otherwise... What is it they said... Something about how signing me off would degrade the value of the Degree.
In upside down and back to front land.
Yeah right.
