Yes varying things is good to some degree.

I vary between these two!

Training "1":

Deadlift 2 sets 8-12
LAT pulldown 2 sets 8-12
incline bench press 2 sets 8-12
cuban twist 1 set 8-12
leg press 2 sets 8-12
triceps extensions 1 set 8-12
stomach machine 2 sets 8-12
calves in leg press 2 sets 8-12

Training "2":

Squats 2 Sets 8-12
Leg biceps Machine 2 Sets 8-12
Benchpress 2 Sets 8-12
Barbell rowing 2 sets 8-12
Side lateral raise 2 sets 8-12
Trizeps extensions lying down 1 set 8-12
Stomach machine 2 sets 8-12
Calves in leg press 2 sets 8-12

All 8-12 repetitions. If i do less than two times 8 reps, i go down with weight and if i do two times 12or more i go up.

Zyprexa 15mg
Lithium orotate 360mg
Metformin 2000mg
Effexor 37.5mg
