> I dont split, i hit it all at once.You're probably right. I do squats, deadlifts, the exercise I wrote about and leg presses, though not on the same day. I don't know. I like feeling like I'm working all the muscles in many different ways. I do three different back exercises, two shoulder exercises, two triceps exercises, two chest, etc, etc. It helps me feel like I'm varying things and not getting bored with my workout. I do weights twice a week and do different exercises on the two days.
